Job summary

PRICE INDUSTRIES LIMITED in Toronto Manufacturing seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the dampers, terminals and silencers lines, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will manage material flow, work with purchasing, and mentor operators while developing deep product knowledge.

The role requires Blueprint reading skills, Lean experience, and the ability to coordinate with senior staff to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• 3–5 years of management experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of processes and employees in named departments.
• Manage orders and materials with purchasing team.
• Troubleshoot production issues with senior operators.
• Develop product knowledge and document critical-to-process info.
• Implement and champion Lean initiatives.
• Coach team members to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare schedules.
• Lead meetings and report daily/weekly/monthly plans.
