Job summary

You will oversee staff, drive performance, and translate strategic goals into practical actions. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team supervision ability.

• Experience with union workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer disciplinary actions per procedures.
