Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a Lead Product Designer to scale design quality across OTKit and the Table Management System (TMS) platform. You will mature our design system capabilities and integrate responsible AI-powered workflows into everyday practices.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape platform direction and elevate international restaurant partners’ experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Proven track record delivering multi-platform design systems.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native platforms (iOS/Android).
• Experience shaping AI-powered products or workflows with transparency and user control.
• Experience in B2B, hospitality, or data-dense web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the strategic roadmap for OTKit and the broader design systems practice, aligning libraries and components with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product design for key TMS platform areas, translating workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Explore, test, and implement responsible AI workflows to accelerate design QA and prototyping.
• Drive design system adoption and governance across product teams.
