Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of high-impact research with publications and/or patents.
• Experience in chemical process development, scale-up, and translating pilot to commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary research team through all stages of project development.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop new product formulations and scale-up processes.
• Employ data science techniques, statistics, ML, and modeling to improve results and efficiency.
• Investigate structure–property relationships in polymers for advanced materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines and communicate technical challenges.
• Author and review technical documentation, patents, and reports.
• Drive innovation in material processing methods using experimental and modeling approaches.
