Job summary

Soucy Techno is seeking a Chemist to contribute to the development and optimization of plastic solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate needs into concrete formulations and improvements.

You will collaborate with sales, production, quality, and procurement, applying your curiosity and technical knowledge to solve problems and advance products. A hands-on, collaborative role where your ideas matter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with polymer formulations is a plus.
• Strong communication to serve as technical liaison between customers and teams.

• Research new raw materials and technical solutions in collaboration with suppliers and the purchasing department
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
• Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting, addressing nonconformities, and monitoring test results
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
