Job summary

Confidential in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all facets of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and clinical services. You will lead a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians and drive innovations in patient care and service delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license (RPh) in BC with at least 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy laws, patient care, and pharmacology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of pharmacy operations, including inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a pharmacy team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Provide clinical oversight on medication therapy management and patient safety.
• Collaborate with VP of Strategy & Business Development to drive service innovations and improve outcomes.
