Job summary

You will guide a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians and drive innovation in pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate holds a PharmD with a BC license, at least 5 years of pharmacy experience including 2 in leadership, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in BC (RPh) with PharmD or equivalent.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy laws, patient care, and pharmacology.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.

Responsibilities
