Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting.
• Professional actuarial designation such as FCIA, ASA or FSA.
• Strong client relationship management, up to C-suite, based on trusted advisor model.
• Solid understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry developments and emerging trends.
• Experience in asset-liability modeling and risk strategy development.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet budget and profitability targets.
• Proven leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with clients; understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business Development: drive growth for Retirement Consulting by identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Strategic Consulting: design and manage retirement plans, assess funding and risk, develop ALM strategies, conduct ALM studies, and implement risk management frameworks.
• Team Leadership: mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
