Job summary

Quantiphi in Canada is seeking an Architect, Machine Learning Engineer to design and develop advanced ML models and algorithms solving complex business problems. You will optimize and deploy these models on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for production environments.

You will work with LangChain and GenAI frameworks, build retrieval augmented generation solutions with vector search, and collaborate with developers, QA and product teams to deliver user‑friendly web

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing cloud ML solutions on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ML services and Sagemaker.
• Experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI solutions.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector indices, and NLP techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Optimize and deploy models on AWS infrastructure with scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into web apps.
• Evaluate zero-shot and few-shot performance, tune hyperparameters.
• Implement MLOps practices for Gen AI models.
