Job summary

Swissport in Toronto is seeking a Lead Lounge Agent to oversee lounge operations on a rotation basis, manage the check-in process, buffet, guest requests, and ensure adherence to company policies.

You will supervise Lounge Agents, provide exceptional service, resolve guest inquiries, restock shelves, monitor safety and PPE, and support monthly reporting; proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and English (French preferred) required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in Hospitality/F&B is an asset.
• Available to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional passenger service in the lounge.
• Greet guests, explain lounge services and maintain loyalty.
• Verify lounge access eligibility and assist with inquiries.
• Document feedback and report incidents to Lounge Manager.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory checks.
• Monitor and enforce safety and PPE procedures.
