Job summary

Swissport International AG in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is seeking a Lead Lounge Agent to manage operations in the lounge, oversee the buffet, restock supplies, assist guests, and support the Lounge Manager on a rotation basis.

You will ensure high standards of guest service, verify lounge eligibility, handle inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for travelers before their flights. Availability for early shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Availability for 40 hours/week, early start from 4 am.
• Strong English; French preferred.
• Experience in Hospitality/F&B is an asset.
• Able to stand long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to lounge guests.
• Greet guests and explain lounge services to build loyalty.
• Verify guest eligibility for lounge access.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory checks.
• Assist with daily transactions on POS.
• Support Lounge Manager with reporting and governance.
• Maintain cleanliness and PPE compliance.
• Monitor and enforce shift checklists.
