Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to lead medium-to-high complexity learning initiatives for a major financial client.

You will drive planning, execution, and governance across formats including instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, and workshops. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in project management within learning and development, with Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of project management experience in L&D.
• Experience delivering medium-to-high complexity projects.
• Experience in banking/financial services or insurance.
• Proficient with Agile and Scrum practices.
• MS Office Suite and MS Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects.
• Coordinate learning solutions across formats (ILT, eLearning, webinars, self-paced, workshops).
• Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, governance, and success metrics.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communicate with stakeholders.
