Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead end-to-end L&D training projects, using Agile and MS Project, within a financial services environment.

The role involves managing mid- to high-complexity learning initiatives, coordinating with a 20-person team, and ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. The contract position is based in Toronto with hybrid work, four days in office. Start ASAP on a long-term engagement with potential extension or conversion.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in L&D, ideally within banking/financial services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Post-secondary education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions across ILT, eLearning, webinars, self-directed pathways, and workshops.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain regular communications.
• Report on project progress to project teams and business stakeholders at different levels.
• Ensure governance, manage risks and issues, and support vendor selection and onboarding for third-party learning solutions.
• Conduct project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
