Job summary

Team Power Solutions in Canada is seeking an I&C Engineering Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and technicians in delivering instrumentation and control projects from concept through completion. You will drive engineering excellence, mentor your team, build client relationships, and ensure projects meet safety, budget, and schedule targets.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, five or more years of engineering experience with supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science & Engineering, or Engineering Technology Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, technical expertise, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of instrumentation and control engineering projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and customer expectations are met.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, team workloads, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and performance management for engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Conduct technical reviews, resolve complex engineering challenges, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for new business and additional services.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
