Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in wellheads and oilfield industry.
• Lead Hand or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of wellhead products including repair, rebuild and teardown preferred.
• Ability to effectively delegate work.
• Mechanically inclined with hand and power tool proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and communication to department employees to maintain customer service and a positive work environment.
• Ensure department activities align with business goals for rental wellhead products and comply with company policies.
• Assist department Supervisor in coordinating department activities.
• Lead by example with production, mentoring and motivating team members.
• Coordinate with AMS Quality Control for tasks to be farmed out.
• Assist in creating paperwork such as work orders and safety documents.
• Repair rental wellhead components and other rental equipment as required.
• Support and troubleshoot issues within Rental Wellhead team.
• Open and close responsibilities for the facility as required.
• Maintain facility cleanliness for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Guiding Principles on Health, Safety, Quality and Environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
