Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Journeyperson Certificate.
• Valid G Driver's Licence required.
• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence.
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of equipment with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daytime shift technicians and ensure safety and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and times.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
• Mentor apprentice technicians and support their training.
• Repair waste vehicles and trucks, including hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Liaise with Operations Supervisors and drivers professionally.
• Process timecards and work orders.
