Job description

Are you passionate about the parenting and family space? Do you love the thrill of the hunt when it comes to sales? We're on the lookout for a confident, creative, and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join a consumer-focused team that's making waves in the world of family product advertising.

In this role, you’ll be the front line in connecting with media agencies, marketing teams, and brand decision-makers across North America—particularly in the baby, kids, and parenting sectors. If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, generating excitement around digital campaigns, and helping brands earn consumer trust, we want to talk to you.

This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be available to be in Vaughan, Ontario twice per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify advertising and partnership opportunities
  • Connect with marketing agencies and mid-size businesses across North America
  • Build and nurture relationships with key players in the parenting and consumer goods space
  • Drive outbound sales initiatives and fill the pipeline with warm leads
  • Use HubSpot to track progress, follow up, and move deals forward
  • Collaborate with a supportive, energetic team to hit shared sales goals

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, lead generation, or agency prospecting
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re a natural when it comes to connecting with people
  • Passion for family, baby, or lifestyle brands is a big plus
  • Experience with digital products, advertising services, or influencer marketing is a bonus
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Ability to travel to Vaughan, Ontario, twice per month
