Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON

Position Overview
NRI Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our mission of fostering innovative partnerships and driving growth. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to create opportunities for the Business Development team. If you are passionate about building relationships, contributing to sales growth, and driving strategic opportunities, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound calls and emails from prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  2. Identify potential leads to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  3. Work with internal teams to address inquiries and optimize business processes.
  4. Gain in-depth knowledge of company products to confidently respond to client inquiries.
  5. Identify and qualify potential leads through industry events, social media, cold calls, and more.
  6. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to track and report on opportunity and campaign performance.
  7. Focus on identifying key decision-makers within target companies.
  8. Conduct personalized cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media to engage potential leads.
  9. Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate long-term relationships.
  10. Assist in executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  11. Follow up on inbound marketing leads generated through campaigns.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (B2B preferred).

Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems.

Skills:

  1. Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Adaptability and patience in dynamic environments.
  4. Works effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimize lead conversion strategies.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Education Requirements:
Candidates must possess a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Experience and Certifications:
Ideal candidates will have extensive B2B lead generation experience, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Certifications in sales or digital marketing are preferred. Additionally, experience in industrial sales or manufacturing will be considered an asset.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 + commission
