Deep Trekker, a leader in underwater robotics, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. This hybrid role involves executing digital acquisition initiatives, managing lead campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Kitchener, Ontario. Only candidates able to work onsite a minimum of three days per week will be considered.

As we scale, we’re expanding our marketing team to focus on high-impact growth strategies. We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who is laser-focused on new customer acquisition—someone who knows how to build a pipeline, accelerate demand, and generate quality leads through targeted digital initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, the Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in attracting and converting new prospects. This person will assist in managing our digital acquisition strategy across channels, drive campaign performance, and continuously refine tactics to generate qualified leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking meets tactical execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agencies to shape customer journeys and scale programs that deliver results.
