What you’ll do

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses and connect with decision makers
• Introduce our payment processing services and identify potential interest
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with interested business owners
• Keep accurate notes and update prospect information in our systems
• Work toward clear daily and weekly activity and lead generation goals
• Participate in coaching to strengthen your phone skills and improve results

What we’re looking for

• Strong verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport over the phone
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to apply feedback
• Motivation to achieve goals and resilience when handling rejection
• Comfort using computers and learning new software
• Sales, customer service, or call centre experience is an asset
• No degree required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
