JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION

As a Functional Consultant (Dynamics), you will estimate and configure solutions that make use of Microsoft Dynamics to enable the digital transformation of our customers.

You will be responsible for capturing and mapping customer needs to product capabilities. You will work alongside the architect to ensure the solution designed meets the user needs. Working with the developer to configure the product to meet the specific requirements of the client, you will make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will keep up to date with product development and new features, and provide relevant information to the customer or engineering teams.

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Functional Consultant experience within Dynamics 365
• Evidence of leading and shaping a successful implementation through in-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Dynamics 365
• Experience of customization and delivery of Dynamics solutions in at least 2 of the following : Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing
• Experience working directly with clients and proven ability to question and influence when appropriate
• Able to explain technical concepts to clients in simple, accessible language
• Experience of using a variety of techniques to gather requirements
• Able to clearly communicate user needs through conversation, documentation, and presentations
• Experience working within Agile development teams
• A demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop team members

DESIRABLE

• Microsoft Dynamics Functional consultant certification
• Experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience of working in a consultancy
• Experience with various development methodologies
• Participation in knowledge sharing activities within the team and wider community
