The Person We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior Designer with proven experience supporting UX projects. This includes conducting thorough design research, creating polished deliverables, and demonstrating strong conceptual thinking in response to design briefs. You should have client-facing experience, be able to articulate your design decisions, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Job Overview

Some responsibilities include:

• Producing work that meets Multiplayer's quality standards and guiding junior team members in delivering high-quality work
• Identifying and analyzing complex problems, determining causes and solutions with minimal oversight
• Adapting to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow with resilience and flexibility
• Facilitating research execution and transforming insights into actionable design opportunities
• Creating interactive prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback
• Iterating rapidly to speed up decision-making
• Facilitating client workshops to gain insights from key audiences
• Communicating the value of good design to influence outcomes and build trust
• Supporting the creation of visually appealing presentations
• Using storytelling skills to connect emotionally with users
• Maintaining regular client communication to manage expectations
• Contributing to pitch presentations and assets to support new business, aligned with our brand

• Minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
