CoverGo, the insurtech market leader, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, mentoring juniors and ensuring scalable, secure software aligned with user needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with SaaS background.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Strong backend skills: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Strong frontend skills: Javascript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and microservices.
• Proficient in TDD, unit/integration testing, and clean architecture.
• Knowledge of DDD, security best practices, and compliant web apps.
