The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Head Cashier who coaches front end teams and guides associates to deliver a great customer experience. This role supports the Front End Supervisor by training, scheduling, and handling escalations to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead by example, ensure efficient checkouts, train cashiers, maintain safe front-end areas, and uphold loss prevention policies while promoting teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or cash handling experience is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year leading people.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in delivering the customer experience and GET behaviours.
• Coach and develop Front End and Lot Associates, schedule coverage, and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage checkout efficiency and training of cashiers; assist with cash handling and security.
