Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Front End Associate in Canada to guide customers to open registers and support at assisted check-outs, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. You will demonstrate product knowledge and suggest options to meet customer needs while promoting services and maintaining safety in a busy retail setting.

The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to open registers and support customers at the assisted check-outs throughout the store.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and services and makes appropriate suggestions to meet the customers’ needs.
• Promote and recommends services offered such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc.
• Maintains safety, security and shrink mitigation in front-end operations.
