Job summary

Tiger Calcium Services Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher for our Calcium Division to organize and dispatch a fleet of trucks delivering calcium chloride across Western Canada.

You will monitor driver locations, coordinate loading and deliveries, and ensure on-time performance. This role requires 3 years of liquid bulk dispatch experience, knowledge of Federal Hours of Service, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of dispatching liquid bulk experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Hours of Service.
• Geographic knowledge of Western Canada.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with customers, supervisors and drivers.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with TMW dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching over 50 loads per day throughout Western Canada.
• Daily monitoring of driver locations and schedules.
• Ensuring drivers comply with Hours of Service.
• Coordinate loading and delivery times with customers for on-time delivery.
• Ensure drivers are prepared with PPE, safety tickets, and delivery paperwork.
• Enter deliveries and paperwork correctly in TMW daily.
• Coordinate with Calcium Transportation Manager and Fleet Maintenance Manager for servicing.
• Confirm product availability with plant operations before dispatch.
