• Experience in waste or environmental services is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Trux software is a plus.

• Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Manage a team of Dispatchers, supporting day to day operations.
• Schedule and update services as needed.
• Support billing, contracts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and shop staff.
• Handle account questions and resolve issues.
• Enter data and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with general office and sales support tasks.
• Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.
• Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.
