Supported Lifestyles Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Complex Disability Support Worker / Team Lead to supervise frontline staff and provide intensive behavioural support for individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in human services or degree required.
• Minimum two years' experience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive support using behavioural intervention plans.
• Train and mentor frontline staff to maintain quality delivery.
• Support individuals and teams through advocacy and education.
• Report to Complex Needs Coordinator and ensure service quality.
• Deliver direct frontline support to high-risk individuals.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports.
