Job summary

Dumas Contracting Inc. is hiring a Lead Development Miner/Jumbo Operator for our Timmins underground project. You will lead a development crew and operate a Jumbo drill to advance headings safely in line with the mining plan.

Responsibilities include drilling, blasting, installing ground support, and maintaining safe, productive work areas while complying with site safety protocols. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and performance-based rewards.

Rotation: 14/14

Shift: 12 Hour shifts

Wage: $68.80 - $83.50

Potential Renumeration: KPI/Retention Bonus – Referral Bonus
