Job summary

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or dishes.
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Prepare special meals as directed by dietitian or chef.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in food preparation and handling.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
