Job summary

LUSSO LUXURY LTD. in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a Cook who is self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and ready to start work as soon as possible. This permanent, full-time position pays $28.00 hourly for a 40-hour week.

You will plan menus, prepare meals, supervise kitchen staff, order supplies, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Experience in a busy kitchen and ability to work under pressure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Plan menus, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assistants.
• Manage kitchen operations and inventory records.
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean.
