Aecon Civil is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multiple construction activities across our projects in Ontario, Canada. The role emphasizes safe, on‑time delivery within budget, coordinating self‑perform and subcontracted workforces.

You will guide Foremen and field personnel, ensure quality standards, and manage labor resources to maximize productivity on diverse civil projects in transportation, utilities, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a senior field leadership role.
• Strong safety, quality, and productivity focus in civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary field teams including Foremen, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate plan development, resources, and schedules to meet production targets.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are followed on site.
