Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in chemical plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plant operators and technicians.
• Ensure safe operation of all plant equipment and adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
• Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Manage shift schedules, work assignments, and personnel performance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in incident investigations.
• Train new employees on plant operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
