Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management.
Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and quality control.
