Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated lead cook/chef to manage kitchen operations and deliver high-quality meals for residents. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure safety and sanitation, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and specials.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a lead cook or chef, strong English communication, and a focus on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years as lead cook or chef in hospitality or healthcare.
• Strong communication in English with staff and residents.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff under Executive Chef.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Plan menus in collaboration with Executive Chef and residents.
• Train and develop kitchen staff; delegate tasks.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, prep guides, and logs.
• Monitor budgets for linen, supplies, and events.
• Prepare for special events, banquets, and theme meals.
