Job summary

Klick is seeking an Associate Director, Creative Production in Canada to oversee broadcast, video, and integrated content from concept through delivery. You will balance creative quality, budgets, timelines, regulatory needs, and stakeholder requirements across Canadian and U.S.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years hands-on integrated production experience with a strong broadcast or commercial video focus.
• Demonstrated experience producing live-action, animation, or hybrid content with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building production scopes and budgets, and working with production companies, directors, studios, and external partners.
• Experience producing within a regulated industry or regulatory environment with navigation of approvals.
• Experience with union and non-union productions in Canada and/or the U.S., including ACTRA/SAG-AFTRA talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead broadcast, video, and integrated content productions from concept through final asset delivery.
• Develop scopes, approaches, schedules, and budgets aligned with the creative idea and client requirements.
• Partner with Creative, Client Services, Project Management, and internal production teams to scope requests and resolve challenges.
• Source and manage production companies, directors, studios, talent, and external partners, including vendor bids and contracts.
• Guide production teams and junior staff through pre-production, shoots, and delivery as a production lead.
