We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Production Manager to develop engaging, educational, and industry-focused content that connects innovative media technology with real customer needs. In this role, you will create compelling multimedia assets that support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and digital marketing programs. You will manage the content production process from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery. Working closely with marketing teams, creative professionals, industry experts, and customers, you will translate complex technical concepts into accessible and impactful stories. You will also produce product demonstrations, tutorials, customer success stories, and thought leadership content that strengthen brand awareness and encourage product adoption. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive storyteller who combines creative vision, technical expertise, and data-driven thinking to deliver measurable marketing results.

Accountabilities
  • Content Strategy and Development: Create industry-focused and technical content that supports integrated marketing campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, customer lifecycle programs, website experiences, product launches, and broader marketing objectives.

  • Video Production and Editing: Plan, record, write, produce, and edit technical videos, tutorials, workflow demonstrations, and instructional content focused on media solutions and post-production processes.

  • Product Demonstrations: Develop engaging recorded and live demonstrations that explain product features, workflows, and best practices, helping customers understand the practical value of media technology solutions.

  • Customer Stories and Thought Leadership: Produce customer success stories, interviews, panel discussions, testimonials, and educational content featuring industry professionals and subject matter experts.

  • Technical Storytelling: Transform complex product information, industry insights, and customer experiences into clear, compelling narratives that communicate business value and encourage audience engagement.

  • Multichannel Content Optimization: Adapt content formats, messaging, and storytelling techniques to different platforms and audiences, including social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.

  • Content Planning and Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop content calendars, coordinate campaign activation plans, and ensure content aligns with marketing priorities and product initiatives.

  • End-to-End Production Management: Manage content projects from initial concept through final delivery, coordinating filming, recording, editing, graphics, screenshots, supporting assets, and production timelines.

  • Creative Team Collaboration: Prepare production-ready materials, creative briefs, and supporting assets for design teams to finalize, format, and deploy across marketing campaigns.

  • Content Delivery and Organization: Ensure all assets are delivered on schedule and meet agreed requirements. Assign or include appropriate content identifiers to support asset tracking and performance measurement.

  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Monitor content effectiveness against campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing engagement, viewership, consumption, conversion, and audience insights to improve future content.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, creative partners, customers, and industry experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in content marketing, content production, video production, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Multichannel Content Creation: Demonstrated experience producing content across multiple formats and channels, including video, social media, educational materials, and thought leadership.

  • Video Production Skills: Strong hands-on skills in video recording, filming, editing, and post-production using professional editing tools.

  • Technical and Educational Content: Experience creating product demonstrations, technical tutorials, workflow guides, or other instructional content that simplifies complex concepts for different audiences.

  • Communication and Storytelling: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and explain technical information clearly.

  • Interviewing and Collaboration: Confidence conducting interviews with subject matter experts, customers, and industry professionals to capture valuable insights, testimonials, and authentic stories.

  • Project and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining high production standards.

  • Content Analytics: Experience measuring content performance, interpreting engagement and conversion data, and using insights to optimize content strategies in line with business objectives.

  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, content distribution practices, and channel-specific optimization.
