Job summary

Collectively in Canada is seeking an Associate Producer for Influencer Marketing. This remote role supports the Canada team and reports to a Director of Production, focusing on project management, influencer casting, and program tracking for campaigns.

The ideal candidate is French Canadian, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience in influencer agencies or PR firms. Location in Canada preferred, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Must be French Canadian fluent and have 1-2 years of experience adapting English campaigns to French Canadian.
• At least 1-2 years related experience in marketing/advertising industry, influencer agency.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Project management: support influencer marketing projects, update status documents, manage collaborator payments, assist in drafting production deliverables.
• Influencer casting & management: assist in influencer research, outreach, and presenting talent for campaigns.
• Program tracking & reporting: set up tracking, review content for adherence, manage assets and content.
