Zusammenfassung

Collectively seeks an Associate Producer for its Canada team. The role focuses on production, casting, and program tracking across influencer campaigns, reporting to the Director of Production.

Ideal candidates are French Canadian with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer agencies, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be French Canadian and fluent in English.
• 1–2 years of experience adapting campaigns to French Canadian.
• Experience in marketing/advertising or influencer agency is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support production across influencer campaigns, coordinating with Producers and Directors to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Assist in influencer casting, outreach, and talent management to meet program goals.
• Track campaign progress, maintain status docs, and manage assets and content reviews.
• Prepare agreements and coordinate with Business Affairs for contracts.
