Job summary

The Klick Group in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead the copy function for major client accounts. You will shape brand voice, drive creative direction, and ensure high-quality work from concept through execution, in close partnership with art leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will manage and develop a team of creatives, balancing multiple assignments while maintaining strategic and regulatory rigor, client trust, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in copywriting/creative with leadership demonstrated.
• Experience leading copy across complex brands or accounts.
• Strong healthcare/pharma marketing knowledge and audiences.
• Translate clinical info into clear, compelling creative.
• Excellent written/verbal skills and client relationships.
• People management incl. mentoring and coaching.
• Experience hiring and retaining creative talent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort with using AI as part of the workflow.
