Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to shape AI-powered experiences across our product ecosystem. You will bridge user experience, product strategy, and applied AI, turning complex model capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy workflows.

You will lead end-to-end design of agentic and generative features, prototype with real AI models, and collaborate with data science, engineering, and research teams to align system behaviors with user needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience designing with AI/LLM tech and evaluating outputs.
• Ability to simplify ambiguous AI behaviors into user-centric flows.
• Familiarity with model behaviors, hallucinations, and data quality impacts.
• Prototype using Figma, Python notebooks, or AI tooling.
• Lead end-to-end user research and translate insights to roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered features and workflows.
• Translate model behaviors into coherent UX patterns to build trust.
• Prototype with real AI models to evaluate prompts and responses.
• Design collaboration patterns between users and AI and define handoffs.
• Create interaction flows with transparency, safety, and recovery states.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering on model requirements.
