Job summary

Quality IT Resourcing is seeking a disciplined professional to lead fixed asset accounting projects across multiple teams. You will oversee capitalization, depcreciation, transfers, and disposals while coordinating timelines and risks.

You will serve as the main liaison among Finance, IT, and Operations, driving milestones and governance artifacts. The role requires strong communication, project management, and ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday, and a proven ability to streamline fixed

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in fixed asset accounting and project management.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, capitalization, depreciation, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and business units.

• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to fixed asset processes, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fixed asset activities as needed.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance materials.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fixed asset processes and efficiency.
