Position Overview

We are seeking a Director, Product Management (Sales & Marketing Automation) to lead our Applied Marketing Automation (AMA) and Applied Epic for Salesforce products. The role involves guiding product and content teams, expanding AMA’s value, and establishing an analytical foundation to monitor usage, campaigns, and engagement, integrating data from email vendors, Pendo, and Google BigQuery.

• This position can be remote, ideally based in the greater Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX metro areas.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Provide product leadership for AMA and Applied Epic for Salesforce
• Define vision, roadmap, and execution strategies
• Lead and mentor product managers
• Create targeted marketing campaigns based on analytics
• Leverage APIs for personalized marketing
• Integrate insights into renewal and prospecting campaigns
• Establish KPIs and success metrics
• Collaborate with customer success and sales teams
• Drive strategic partnerships and integrations
