Known for their collaborative team culture and strong client relationships, they are seeking an experienced Real Estate Property Lawyer to join their growing team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed, driven lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage files independently from start to finish. You’ll be working with a high-caliber client base on a variety of commercial real estate matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing commercial real estate files independently from inception to close
  • Advising on land transfers, title issues, and general real estate transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and closing documents
  • Collaborating with a supportive team and clients on complex matters
  • Supporting due diligence and negotiations on land deals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Called to the Bar in British Columbia and in good standing with the Law Society
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong knowledge of land title systems, conveyancing, and property transfers
  • Self-sufficient and confident in handling files autonomously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
