Job summary

HUB International invites motivated college students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program, based in Burnaby, BC, or Downtown Vancouver. The 17-week, full-time internship runs May 3–August 27, providing exposure to Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth disciplines while building practical skills and a professional network.

As an intern you will contribute to real priorities, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship, training, and development

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college students with a Spring 2027, Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative team player with initiative and independence.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement with our sales and service teams across the United States to understand regional needs.
• Policy administration, endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims support.
• Market research on United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Participate in technical workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates and recommendations.
