Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary arts degree and food safety certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-service restaurants.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Ensure freshness by checking ingredients and rotating stock.
• Prepare and cook a range of foods following recipes and plating standards.
• Assist with kitchen organization and communicate inventory needs.
• Support team during rush periods.
