Fairstone Bank is seeking an Analyst, Large Commercial to help underwrite renewals and annual reviews for large commercial mortgages in our Toronto portfolio. You will analyze borrowers, guarantors, real estate security and loan terms, and coordinate with third-party servicers and internal partners.

We value a bachelor’s degree with 2 years in commercial underwriting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in related area with 2 years of experience in commercial underwriting.
• Experience with large commercial loan underwriting and renewals is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite renewals and annual reviews for large commercial loans.
• Analyze borrower, guarantor, real estate security and loan terms.
• Coordinate with third-party servicers and internal partners on maturities and reviews.
• Ensure files are complete and compliant with underwriting guidelines.
