The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in landscape maintenance in a supervisory capacity, a valid BC driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in landscape maintenance with a supervisory role.
• Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Certifications such as pesticide applicator license are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the landscape maintenance crew and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and implement improvements.
• Maintain and manage landscaping equipment and tools; perform repairs as needed.
• Mentor team members with training and development to boost performance.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and reports.

As the Landscape Maintenance Foreman at Atkinson Landscaping, you will be the driving force behind our field operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the landscape maintenance crew, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and efficiently.
