Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading your crew and ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
• Keeping properties in top shape: grass-cutting, repairs, and more.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance properties’ appearance.
• Communicating with clients and keeping them happy.
• Handling equipment like tractors and grass-cutting gear expertly.
• Training and coaching your team to perform at their best.
• Maintaining detailed reports and daily logs.
• Rolling with the seasons, including winter snow/ice management.
