Job summary

International Landscaping Inc. in Milton, Ontario, is hiring a Crew Leader to guide our landscape and snow removal operations team to successful completion of services.

You will lead crews year-round, coordinate outdoor work for clients, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards on every site.

This role requires at least 1 year in a supervisory position, a valid G license, and proven ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping/snow industry experience in a supervisory or crew leadership capacity.
• Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labour.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, quality, and safety.

• Provide maintenance service in summer and snow removal services in winter

• Communicate effectively with forepersons, managers, and other crew members to ensure sites are maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist with general site maintenance and other duties as assigned.
